Website analytics
We measure how this website is used with our own first-party analytics. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies, and we don't set cookies for analytics at all.
For each page view we record the page, the referring website, campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source), and whether the device is mobile or desktop. To count unique visitors we compute a one-way hash of your IP address and browser identifier with a salt that changes every day, so visits cannot be linked across days and the hash cannot be reversed to identify you.
Project inquiries
When you submit the project form, we store what you send us — your name, work email, company, project details and any attachments — so we can respond and, if we work together, plan the project. We also store which page you first arrived on and the referring site, so we know which channels are useful. Inquiries are visible only to Ras Digital staff.
Client portal
If you are invited to the client portal, we store your account details and the information you share in your projects (messages, approvals, files). Each client can access only the projects they are members of. Sign-in uses a secure, HTTP-only session cookie that is strictly necessary for the portal to work. Important actions such as approvals are recorded in an audit log.
We send transactional email only: inquiry confirmations, portal invitations, password resets, and project notifications you can control in your portal settings.
Retention and your rights
We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record-keeping afterwards. Project data is kept for the duration of the engagement and as required by our contract with your organisation. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data — use the contact form.
